Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received at the time of booking.
Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will also result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all previous color treatments, chemical services, box dyes, relaxers, perms, extensions, and henna applications. Failure to disclose hair history may affect results and service eligibility.
Please do not come to your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
